Global Lab and Consultancy Services LLP (GLCS) is a multidisciplinary laboratory and consultancy firm offering services in Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) domain. GLCS was founded by a group of professionals with vast exposure in QHSE consulting and laboratory operations with a mission to guide clients with quality service to enhance their competitiveness for sustainable growth in November 2014 at Salem, Tamilnadu, India. Initially GLCS was converted from a registered partnership firm to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in 2024.
GLCS delivers QHSE Compliance Services to various organisations and end consumers. GLCS operates Testing Laboratory to deliver Sampling / Monitoring & Testing services in Environment, Food, Cosmetics, Minerals & Building Materials. Further, GLCS delivers QHSE Compliance Consultancy in Environment, Food Safety & Sustainability to meet various continual improvement, buyer compliance & regulatory compliance requirements.
GLCS operates its testing / analytical laboratory as per ISO / IEC 17025:2017 with qualified and experienced Chemists, Microbiologists, Geologists, Food Scientists & Environmentalists. GLCS received its NABL / ISO 17025 accreditation for its laboratory in July, 2017. Our testing laboratory has Chemical & Biological testing facilities to test / analysis various raw materials and products as per BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India), CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board) and various regulatory body requirements. We utilise precision instrumentation and apply certified reference methods to deliver accurate and reliable test results with faster turn around time.
GLCS became FSSAI notified laboratory on February, 2018. GLCS became BIS recognised laboratory on July 2022 to support clients across food processing sector. GLCS became CPCB notified laboratory in May, 2025 to support organisations on Environmental Monitoring. All services delivered by GLCS are certified with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 by TuV Nord in March 2024.
GLCS Consultancy team works as per best professional practices & industry guidelines with qualified and experienced Environmental Scientists, Geologists, Environmental Engineers & Food Scientists. GLCS Consultancy Team supports clients on Environment Compliance, Food Safety Compliance and Sustainability initiatives. We also deliver customised R&D Services for new product development and new analytical methods development in Environment, Food, Cosmetics & Minerals matrices. We have the required expertise and infrastructure to deliver the right solutions to meet various continual improvement, buyer compliance and regulatory compliance requirements.
